TRACC IT Solutions is an integrator and ebusiness service provider. Since 1989 we have been partnering with private and governmental organizations, to successfully manage the challenges of an ever changing business and technology environment.
Mr. Brian Poapst is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Associate International Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) who possesses thirty-five years of professional experience in the Financial and Information Technology industry. Brian has been a Project Manager, Business Architect and a Business Systems Consultant since 1982 and has been involved in many high-end application and infrastructure projects.
Brian has accumulated extensive experience using Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and Web products. Having had many years of experience in the development of strategy documents as well as cost and benefits analyses, Brian has been involved in all aspects of the project experience including initiating, planning, executing, controlling, closing, business process reengineering, business requirements gathering, GAP analyses, design, development, user acceptance testing, implementation, and user training.
He managed all phases of the System Development Life Cycle from strategic direction, hiring, start-up, development, testing, implementation and operation phases.
